There is no difference in the fee regardless of how many are in the session. The only increase in charge would be from 1 hour to 1.5 hour sessions.
I am not contracted with any insurance companies. The insurance claims will be submitted on your behalf for you to be reimbursed. All forms of payment are accepted…cash, check and all major credit cards (including Health Savings Account).
There are times when a home visit is necessary and I am willing to do that. Completed home visits are a part of the Custody Evaluation. As far as completing therapy sessions in your home, it is a case by case determination. There will be additional charge for travel should I come to your home.
Additionally, I am willing to evaluate children in their daycare, preschool and elementary school setting to assist the school with identifying your child’s needs. Furthermore, I am willing to attend and contribute to any case conferences to advocate for your child. There are additional charges for professional time and travel with these requests.
I have worked with clients as young as 2 and as old as 92. I enjoy the variety in clients and learn a great deal from all age levels.

There are many factors to determine the length of time a Custody Evaluations takes to complete from start to finish. The most important thing is for the evaluation to be as thorough as possible. Another factor is how compliant all parties are in the process as well as how many people are involved in the evaluation. It is most important for the evaluation to be completed in a timely manner.
Depending on the event you are wanting me to speak at, I am willing to travel wherever necessary. It is expected that the travel expenses would be included in the agreement. I am willing to travel from home on the day of the event if within 100 miles from my office.
